Esomeprazole is a drug belongs to category of proton pump inhibitor. It is indicated to treat ulcers of stomach, colons, other disorders caused due to acidity, Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), erosive esophagitis, helicobacter pylori infection, zollinger-ellinson syndrome etc.


Mechanism of Action of Esomeprazole lyophilized Injection

Esomeprazole lyophilized injection helps in lowering the production of acid in the stomach. Decrease level of acid results in ulcer healing, and provide relief from burning sensation.

Side Effects of Esomeprazole lyophilized Injection

Esomeprazole lyophilized injection has many side effects like nausea, vomiting, headache, stomach ache, flatulence, skin rash, breathing problem, inflammation,  redness, swelling of face, abnormal heartbeat, diarrhea, tiredness, weakness, fever, poor appetite, dizziness itching, muscle cramps, joint pain, seizures, weakness, hoarseness etc.
