What Are the Uses of Antirheumatic Drugs?
Before knowing what are antirheumatic drugs
we have to know what is arthritis or rheumatoid arthritis.
Rheumatoid arthritis is a state of body
having severe pain in joints and damage in all over your body. This joint pain and damage take place in
parallel manner means equally on left and right side of body. For examples if
there is joint pain or damage take place in your left leg or left hand most
probably it will also take place in your right leg or right hand.
For the treatment of this state of body we
need medication which we called as antirheumatic drugs. These are the drugs
that fight against rheumatic arthritis. Now a days it is trend of DMARDs (Disease-modifying
antirheumatic drugs), they are well capable of reducing the inflammation of
affected areas. On treatment with DMARDs patients can experience very less
damage and joint pain as compare to earlier state.
